Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a Telecommunication product supply business located in West Swindon.

We are currently seeking multiple Quality Control Operatives to join the Quality Control team at our clients facility in West Swindon. The ideal candidate will have a experience working in a Quality Control/Inspection environment

This is a fantastic position, which is offering an immediate start on an ongoing basis. This role can lead to a permanent position after a successful trial period and involves checking and potential re working of faulty products for the Telecommunication industry.

This role is paying £12.21 per hour for core hours (Monday to Friday) and is a Day Shift position.

Shifts available for the Production Operative Role:

• Monday to Friday
• 08.00 am- 1700 pm

Responsibilities:

• To complete all given work tasks in scheduled time base
• Checking goods as directed by the customer
• Visually inspecting and grading products to client specifics
• Scanning goods and labels if needed
• Organisation of products for dispatch process if required
• Packing work as and when required
• Use of internal dispatch systems as and when required (training provided)
• Work as part of a team to check and inspect bulk loads of potentially defected products
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met
• To ensure that all Health and Safety rules and procedures are always adhered to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors
• Report to Team Leader about any defects or faults
• Display excellent levels of teamwork and co-operation when working with colleagues in other departments
• To ensure that workplace and equipment is cleaned every day
